To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

  • Final sale or clearance items

4. How to Request a Return

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Provide clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will offer either:

  • A full refund

If approved:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
